Returns & Refunds Policy

At Eirora Derma, we take immense pride in the clinical integrity of our doctor-led skincare. To ensure the absolute safety and hygiene of our community, we maintain a high-standard return policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. The 72-Hour Inspection Window

To maintain our rigorous quality standards, all return or exchange requests must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery. Once this window has passed, the shipment is considered verified and all sales are final. We encourage you to inspect your Eirora Derma order immediately upon arrival.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To protect the purity of our botanical formulas, items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

  • Sealed & Unused: Products must be in their original, unopened condition with all safety seals intact. We cannot accept returns on opened items for health and safety reasons.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be in their original, unmarked, and pristine packaging.

  • Proof of Authenticity: A valid order number is required.

3. Exchanges & Order Errors

We offer exchanges exclusively for items that arrive damaged in transit, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled. If your order is not perfect, please notify us within the 72-hour window to authorize a replacement.

4. How to Initiate a Request

  • Request Authorization: Email us at Support@eiroraderma.org to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Packages sent without a pre-approved RAN or sent directly to the manufacturer will be refused.

  • Shipping & Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of unverified returns.

5. Refund Process

Upon receipt and clinical inspection of your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approval: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Please allow up to 14 business days for the credit to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

6. Order Cancellations

To maintain our commitment to timely fulfillment, orders are processed immediately. No changes or cancellations can be made once an order is placed and paid. We kindly ask that you review your selection carefully before finalizing your purchase.
