FAQ

Are your products natural and organic?
Yes! Our products are crafted with a focus on "True Natural" beauty. Most of our formulations contain at least 90% natural or naturally-derived ingredients, with many being 100% vegan and organic.
Where are the products made?
All of our skincare and cosmetics are handcrafted and manufactured fresh in the USA to ensure the highest quality and safety standards.
Are the products safe for sensitive skin or pregnancy?
Yes, many of our products are specifically formulated to be hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. We also offer a dedicated line of pregnancy and postpartum-safe skincare. However, as with any new product, we always recommend a patch test or consulting with your physician if you have specific medical concerns.
Can I use multiple products together?
Generally, yes. However, if you are using potent actives (like Retinol or strong Alpha Hydroxy Acids), we recommend introducing them one at a time to see how your skin reacts. Not sure where to start? Check out our suggested routines on the product pages.
How do you ensure the safety of these formulas?
Safety is our first priority. Being doctor-formulated means every product undergoes rigorous stability testing and safety assessments in a professional lab environment. We follow cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) to ensure every batch is consistent, sterile, and safe for your skin.
Why is "Small-Batch" better for doctor-formulated skincare?
Large corporations often add heavy synthetic stabilizers to products so they can sit on shelves for years. Because our formulas are doctor-led, we prioritize ingredient integrity. Small-batch production allows us to use fresher, more volatile natural actives that remain potent and effective by the time they reach you.
In what order do I apply the products?
The golden rule is to apply from thinnest to thickest.
Morning Routine: Cleanser → Toner → Serums → Eye Cream → Moisturizer → Sunscreen (SPF). Always apply SPF last to ensure it forms an unbroken shield.

Night Routine: Double Cleanse → Exfoliate (2–3x a week) → Toner → Eye Cream → Night Cream/Face Oil.
How long will it take to see results?
Skincare is a journey, not a sprint! While you may feel an immediate difference in hydration, true structural change follows your skin’s natural cell turnover cycle, which takes about 28 to 40 days. For best results, we recommend a consistent routine for at least 6 to 8 weeks.
